This unique decorative throw pillow cover is hand embroidered in Punjab, India.   It uses two traditional Indian handicrafts - Phulkari and block printing.  It is made with love by artisans who have been trained in the age-old tradition of embroidery known as Phulkari.  This square throw pillow cover is made of turquoise art silk (rayon) and has been block printed and hand embroidered by an artisan in a traditional Phulkari design.
